Commissioned works are built around records of meaning — sometimes the collector's own archive, sometimes records sourced specifically for the piece. Past commissions include private collectors, the RIAA, and showrooms across the United States.
What a commission includes
- A direct conversation with the artist
- Sketches and composition options
- A timeline (typically 8–16 weeks, scale-dependent)
- The completed work, framed, signed, and documented
- Certificate of authenticity listing every record used
- White-glove shipping and installation guidance
Scale
Commissions range from intimate works (24 × 24 in.) to large-scale architectural pieces (72 in. and above). Pricing is calibrated to scale, materials, and timeline.
