About this work
All Summer Long is a 30" × 30" work built from 15 original Beach Boys vinyl records — including a hard-to-find Endless Summer, All Summer Long with rainbow Capitol label, and The Beach Boys album with Caribou label. Each record is hand carved with a wood burning tool, assembling the composition from the very pressings that carried the band's sound into the world. Framed at 31" × 31" × 2.5".
