Jolene is a tribute to Dolly Parton, and it is about charm, big hair, and the kind of star power that never once asks for permission. The cascade of curls, the easy smile, the guitar caught mid-strum, and the fringe spilling over flared trousers give her a personality that feels warm, playful, and completely in command of the room.

Created from real vintage vinyl records, including original RCA Victor labels from Dolly's own albums, the black grooves shape the figure while the original labels add flashes of orange and music history throughout the composition. From across the room, the full-length figure feels bold and graphic. Up close, the individual records begin to reveal themselves.

It is a little country, a little rhinestone, and more than a little dangerous to anybody's man.
